Directions

Head towards Heathrow Airport. Follow the signs for the Terminal Parking Car Park(Formerly called Short Stay), where you will then need to follow signs for off-airport parking. A member of the team will be on-hand to take your car and securely park it for you.

Arrival instructions

Terminal 4 (Postcode: TW6 3XA):

  1. You must call MBW on 020 8759 5252 when you are approximately 30 minutes from Heathrow Terminal 4. This step is vital to ensure you do not encounter any additional charges. 
  2. As you approach Terminal 4, follow signs for Terminal Parking Car Park (formerly called Short Stay).
  3. Drive up the ramp, keep to the right, and enter the car park.
  4. Head down to Level 2 and follow signs for Off-Airport Parking. Park in rows E or F.
  5. The desk is located at the Lift Lobby. Hand over the car park ticket to the MBW captain.
  6. Before handing over your vehicle, take photographs of your car to support any potential damage claims. Please note MBW staff will only complete a brief exterior check.
  7. Hand your keys and car park ticket to the Captain, then complete and sign the paperwork before heading to departures.

Return instructions

 

  1. Call MBW on 020 8759 5252 once you have collected all your luggage from baggage reclaim, or after passing passport control if you only have hand luggage.
  2. The despatch office will confirm a time frame for your vehicle’s return. If there is a short wait, please remain inside the terminal until further notice.
  3. If you arrive earlier or later than your booked time, please be prepared for a possible delay in vehicle return.
  4. When you reach the arrivals hall, you’ll see Costa Coffee directly ahead. Turn left and exit next to W.H. Smith, then cross the three lanes using the zebra crossing.
  5. Take the furthest set of lifts on your left up to Level 2. As you exit the lifts, the MBW desk will be directly in front of you.
  6. The Handover Captain will meet you either at the MBW desk or directly at your vehicle.
  7. For any comments or enquiries, please contact the office via email. Full contact details will be provided at the drop-off area.

Important information

Please ensure you read the important information below to help make your journey as smooth as possible.

  • Booking changes: For any date or time changes from the day before your booking starts, contact MBW directly on 0208 759 5252 with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • ULEZ charges: ULEZ charges apply and you will enter the zone twice, once on your arrival date and again on your return date.

  • Arrival window and fees: MBW allows a 45 minute window from your pre-booked arrival time. You must call MBW 30 minutes before arrival for this grace period to apply. Additional charges apply if you exceed this timeframe.

  • Vehicle washing: Vehicles are washed within 12 hours of the booked return time. If you return earlier or amend your booking, MBW may be unable to complete the wash. As the car park is open air, no refunds are offered for vehicles that become wet or dirty.

Security

MBW's insured drivers will park your car in their secure car park which is patrolled 24 hours a day and has CCTV coverage. 

Disabled facilities

MBW Meet & Greet is ideal for anyone who has a disability and requires extra assistance as you hand over your car at the terminal, and take a short walk to check in. 

Vehicle restrictions

  • Late or Early Flight Arrivals: A £25 charge applies for flights arriving between 23:59pm and 04:00am.

  • Overheight Vehicles: Vehicles exceeding 2.2 metres in height will incur an additional £50 charge.

  • Larger vehicle charge: £25.00 applies to any vehicle over 5m in length.

  • ULEZ Charges: Standard Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ) fees apply where applicable.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Our Flexible booking option offers you the convenience and flexibility you need. Here’s how it works:
    1. Need to Change Your Plans?
      • You can cancel or change your booking up to 24 hours before your parking period begins without any charges.
    2. Parking Period:
      • Your parking period starts at 12:01 AM on the first day of your booked dates, regardless of your pre-booked arrival time.
    3. Important to Note:
      • If you don’t cancel or update your booking at least 24 hours before your parking period begins, we’ll need to charge you for the full booking. Also, please be aware that we can’t offer refunds if you return earlier than planned.
    4. Booking Adjustments:
      • If you make changes to your booking and the price changes, we’ll either charge or refund the difference based on your adjustments.
