Please follow local signage to reach Birmingham Airport. 
The drop off location for Valet Parking is located within the BHX Valet Parking area. 

Arrival instructions

  1. Call Ahead - Please contact us 30-60 minutes prior to your arrival at Birmingham International Airport by calling +44 (0) 121 769 3451.
  2. Arrival at the Airport - When you reach Birmingham International Airport, follow the signs for “Valet Parking.”
  3. Vehicle Handover - One of our professional drivers will be waiting to greet you and complete the check in process for your vehicle.

Return instructions

  1. On your return, please call the number shown on your receipt (provided at check-in) 30 minutes before you expect to arrive. We recommend making this call as soon as you land.
  2. Once we receive your call, we will arrange for your vehicle to be returned from our secure facility to the airport.
  3. Your car will be returned to the Valet Parking area - the same location where you dropped it off. Our driver will greet you, verify your booking, and hand back your keys.

Important information

Please ensure you read the following important information to ensure a smooth service:

  • Remove all other keys or items from your key ring before handing over your vehicle - only the car key should be provided.

  • Platinum Valet accepts no responsibility for house keys, alarm fobs, or other items left on the key ring.

  • All valuables should be removed from your vehicle before handover, as the Company is not liable for any loss or damage to items left inside.

  • Please allow sufficient time to arrive and drop off your vehicle at the designated location.

Vehicle restrictions

  • Standard parking spaces measure 2.4m x 4.8m and vehicles must fit within these dimensions.

  • Trailers, commercial vehicles, and vehicles with eight or more seats are not eligible for standard parking.

  • Non-standard vehicles such as motorhomes, caravans, or vehicles with trailers may be accommodated if arranged in advance before booking.

  • Vehicles that arrive without prior arrangement for size or type may not be accepted.

  • Specially adapted vehicles for disabled users may not be suitable for our facilities, so please contact us in advance to confirm compatibility.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Our Flexible booking option offers you the convenience and flexibility you need. Here’s how it works:
    1. Need to Change Your Plans?
      • You can cancel or change your booking up to 24 hours before your parking period begins without any charges.
    2. Parking Period:
      • Your parking period starts at 12:01 AM on the first day of your booked dates, regardless of your pre-booked arrival time.
    3. Important to Note:
      • If you don’t cancel or update your booking at least 24 hours before your parking period begins, we’ll need to charge you for the full booking. Also, please be aware that we can’t offer refunds if you return earlier than planned.
    4. Booking Adjustments:
      • If you make changes to your booking and the price changes, we’ll either charge or refund the difference based on your adjustments.
